CLINICAL HYPNOSIS · BREATHWORK · SOUND · YOGA NIDRA

Every word, every suggestion:
an invitation.

Your experience is rooted in your choice, your voice, and your agency. Always.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

You choose where to go.
You choose what to see.

Everything that happens in a session is co-created. Built from your language, your imagery, your patterns. Discussed and agreed on before you enter trance.

I guide. I track your nervous system in real time, calibrating and attuning to what you specifically need.

Every session is tailored to your body, your desired change.

THE PRACTICES

Clinical hypnosis is the primary modality.

Each practice deepens or prepares the work depending on where you are on a given day.

Clinical Hypnosis

Hypnosis is the process of entering a naturally occurring state — the same liminal space your brain passes through every night as you fall asleep. Using relaxation techniques to slow your brainwaves, we induce trance. In that altered state, your subconscious is open and receptive. Able to release old, unsupportive patterns and anchor in new ones through safe, evidence-based hypnotic techniques.

CAN HELP WITH

  • Chronic pain

  • Confidence, motivation, and self-esteem

  • Habits and patterns

  • Negative thinking and self-talk

  • Performance and focus

  • Sleep quality

  • Symptoms of anxiety and depression

In a single session, I make more progress and feel lighter than I do in several sessions — maybe even years — of talk therapy.

— Mady B.

Breathwork

Breath is the one autonomic function you can consciously control — a direct line to the nervous system. Some breathwork patterns move the body from sympathetic to parasympathetic: out of fight or flight and into rest and digest. Others gently awaken the body from a freeze state. Others intentionally activate the system to interrupt the physiological state that keeps patterns locked in place.

CAN HELP WITH

  • Focus and mood

  • Nervous system flexibility

  • Physical tension

  • Sleep quality

  • Stress and emotional processing

Certain breathwork patterns have contraindications and may not be suitable for everyone. Review the Safety & Contraindications page →

Sound

Through entrainment, our brainwaves and heart rate naturally sync to external stimuli — including sound. Intentional sound experiences work with the nervous system and brain to shifts brainwaves from active, stressed states into slower, deeply restorative ones. Used primarily as an induction and deepener in hypnosis and yoga nidra.

CAN HELP WITH

  • Emotional processing and mood enhancement

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Physical tension

  • Sleep quality

  • Stress and fatigue

Yoga Nidra

Modern yoga nidra — or yogic sleep — combines present-day relaxation techniques with ancient Vedantic philosophy to create the conditions for deep restorative rest while the body remains alert and aware. As you move through the koshas — the layered sheaths of self, from the physical body to the energetic body, the mind body, the wisdom body, and the bliss body — you plant your sankalpa, your intention or heart's desire, deep within the subconscious.

CAN HELP WITH

  • Chronic pain relief

  • Emotional resilience

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Self-confidence, self-belief, self-trust

  • Sleep quality

  • Stress

  • Symptoms of anxiety and depression
