1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, programs, or products provided by The Good Muck LLC ("The Good Muck," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Services and Liability Disclaimer

  • Educational Purpose: All sessions, classes, and content (including Hypnosis, Breathwork, and Sound practices) are for educational and self-development purposes only.

  • Not Medical or Clinical Advice: Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. Clients are responsible for consulting with their qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical issues.

  • Client Responsibility: You affirm that you have read and agree to the Contraindications page and that you are mentally and physically fit to participate in the sessions.

3. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

This section outlines your commitment to class booking and financial policy.

  • Payment: All class fees are due in full at the time of booking.

  • Refund Policy: All sales for group classes, sessions, and digital products are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed or a product is purchased.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling by Client: Should you need to cancel a class booking, no refund will be issued due to the policy above. You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled class time through the online scheduler. Rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the class start time will be considered a No-Show and the fee will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation by The Good Muck: In the rare event a class must be cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, materials, unique methodologies, names (e.g., "The Good Muck Grounding"), and handouts used during our sessions are the intellectual property of The Good Muck LLC.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content, recordings, or training materials without express written permission from The Good Muck LLC.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
