I know how exhausting that is. I was stuck too. For a long time.
But the cycle you’re in isn’t a character flaw. It isn’t failure. And there is nothing wrong with you. You’re simply trying to create change from the outside, when lasting change is created from within.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE
For decades, I was stuck in the same pattern.
Do something because someone told me to. Realize I was unhappy. Go do something else because someone told me to. That’s how I ended up going from budding opera singer to poli sci nerd to corporate litigator. It’s also how I ended up bedridden and broken. My body was screaming. And I wasn’t listening.
By the time my third health crisis rolled around I had tried everything: diets, routines, blowing up my life, pushing through, thousands of dollars in private bodywork. And yet I always ended in the same place of collapse and shutdown.
Then the real shift happened. I stopped focusing externally and started focusing inward. Through clinical hypnosis, sound, breathwork, and yoga nidra, I began to find my way back to myself. To a rich, full life. On my own terms. Not anyone else’s.
And now I help others do the same -- find their way out of the patterns that have kept them stuck, and move forward.

NURTURE
Establish safety first.
Before anything else, you need to feel safe. Safe in your body. Safe to feel.
When the nervous system doesn’t feel safe, it clings to the familiar pattern — regardless of whether that pattern is still serving you. It stays activated. Fight, flight, or freeze. Reacting from fear responses. Like a fire alarm ringing even when there’s no real fire.
We restore safety first. Through clinical hypnosis, sound, and yoga nidra. Nothing lasting can shift without this foundation.
UNLEARN
Go where the patterns actually live.
Through breathwork and clinical hypnosis, we intentionally slow the brain waves down to enter altered states of consciousness. To access the subconscious directly: the place where the patterns actually live.
Everyone unlearns differently. For some it’s a sudden realization. For others something more subtle: a weight lifting, a little more room to breathe. You may simply notice you’re reacting differently.
Where once you shut down, you now have the capacity to move through.
