What it’s actually like.

You’ll probably arrive a little nervous. Wanting to know exactly what’s going to happen. Wondering if you’ll go too deep — or not deep enough. Curious, maybe still a little skeptical, but willing. Willing to show up. Willing to try.

That’s enough. More than enough.

Think of it as an experiment. Isn’t everything in life just an experiment?

What you experience in session depends on the modality.

Sound & Yoga Nidra

Typically the most settling — deeply relaxing for most people. Although if you're not used to being still, if slowing down is unfamiliar territory, that relaxation may feel uncomfortable at first. Like you're supposed to be doing something. This is where we practice the art of non-doing. Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Just rest. That's the Nurture phase — and for some people, learning to receive rest is the most important work they'll do here.

Breathwork

Typically the most intense. There may be physical sensations — tingling, temperature changes, tightness. There may be emotions — crying, screaming, laughing. All of it is completely normal. All of it is welcome. This is where we release what's been stuck. Where we process. Where we let go.

Clinical Hypnosis

Generally relaxing, though depending on what we're working on there may be moments of discomfort. What's most important to know is this: you are always in control. This is a co-created process. Your journey — I'm simply your guide.

We use titration, meaning we only go as deep as your nervous system can handle at a time. We never push past what feels safe. We leave space at the end of every session for integration — to process what came up, to let it settle, to bring it back with you.

If at any point you want to stop. We stop.
Your practice. Your choice. Your agency. Your voice.

When you come back.

And you will come back, fully.

You may feel lighter. More relaxed. Sleepy. It may take a few minutes for verbal processing to return. That’s normal. That’s the nervous system landing.

And then, usually quietly, something shifts. Realizations surface. Connections get made. You move from reactive to proactive. Not because anything outside you changed. Because something inside did.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

You probably have questions.

Great. I did too when I first started. Here are the ones I noticed most in myself and other overthinkers.

What if I fall asleep?

First of all — some people think they fell asleep but didn't. When I count you back up and out of session and you return, what actually happened is that your conscious mind went fully offline. Really offline. That's not a problem. That's the point.

And if you genuinely did fall asleep? You didn't miss out on any of the benefits. Your subconscious was still receiving. And you listened to your body and gave it exactly what it needed. That's a real win.

What if I can't be hypnotized?

Hypnosis is a completely natural state — one you enter multiple times a day without trying. That liminal space as you're drifting off to sleep or waking up in the morning. Half in dreamland, half in reality. That's hypnosis.

It's easier for some people to enter trance state than others, and that's perfectly okay. Some people drop in quickly. Some people take more time. Just like anything else, the more you practice, the easier it becomes to access that altered state. The first session is always an experiment. By the third, it usually feels like coming home.

What if my brain won't stop?

That's a perfectly normal fear. And a perfectly normal thing to have happen in session.

Here's what's important: it's not about thinking too much. It's about beginning to gently separate the thoughts from you. You are not your thoughts. They are simply neutral data. Information. Neither good nor bad.

If that's something you find challenging — and many people do, especially the analytical ones — there are specific hypnosis techniques we use to help with exactly that. Your busy brain isn't an obstacle. It's just somewhere we begin.

How quickly will I see results?

Some people notice shifts after a single session. A weight lifting. A decision that felt impossible suddenly feeling obvious. A morning where the alarm goes off and the dread isn't there.

Others take more time. The subconscious moves at its own pace — and that's not a flaw in the process, it's the process working.

Whichever offer feels right for you, I recommend committing to at least a month. Not because the work is slow. Because you're worth more than one experiment.

Before we build anything, you sit with a few questions.

These aren’t intake questions. They’re the first step inward. By the time we get on our 30-minute consultation call, you’ve already met your future self on paper. 4-Week 1:1 Container

Between sessions the work continues through your embodiment exercises — practices chosen specifically for what your nervous system needs right now. Not generic homework. And if something surfaces between sessions, WhatsApp is there.
