We often suppress the messy, uncomfortable thoughts and feelings of our inner worlds, what we call "the muck". But true, lasting change requires us to move through the muck, not avoid it.
The Redwood Metaphor: Think of your conscious mind as the trunk and limbs, the parts of you seen externally. Deep underground lie your roots: your subconscious and nervous system.
In this live recording of our weekly container, we water those roots through a somatic blend of clinical hypnosis, breathwork, sound, and yoga nidra to nurture yourself and unlearn limiting beliefs, thoughts, and patterns so you can return to your core authentic self.
